The AWP KE of the East Kowloon Regional Headquarters will hold the 5th East Kowloon Animal Carnival on Sunday, 30 November 2025. The theme of the carnival is 'Protecting Animals, Anti-Drug and Anti-Fraud'. Apart from advocating for animal protection, the event also aims to raise public awareness of anti-fraud and anti-drug efforts. In addition, the winning entries of the recent East Kowloon 'Old BEST Animal' Photography Competition will be exhibited at the carnival and awards will be presented during the opening ceremony.

You and your furry friends are cordially invited to join us! Details of the event are as follows: 

Highlights include: 

* Exhibition and awards ceremony of the East Kowloon 'Old BEST Animal' Photography Competition 

* Pet adoption to give homeless animals a warm home 

* Photo ops and play area for dogs 

* Game booths and information booths

* ⁠'Pet Pavilion' booth (students will bring the animals kept in school to promote the message of animal protection)

* Police dog demonstration and student performances (2:30-3:30pm) 

Free admission. All pet owners are welcome!
